Independent Living Program
The Independent Living Program provides a flexible array of community-based services and support for clients entering the final phases of emancipation. ILP provides hands-on life-skills training and support as for older youth and young adults transitioning into the community.
ILP Services include:
- Affordable, supervised apartments
- Therapeutic case management
- Wrap-around service coordination
- Individual and family therapy
- Life skills training
- Job skills training
- Transportation support
- Medication support
- Accessing sustainable community resources
- Mentoring
- Drug and alcohol monitoring
- Parole/probation compliance support
- Community tracking
- Group therapy for a variety of needs, including:
- Sexually problematic and abusive behavior
- Substance abuse/dependence
- Individual and family support
- Life skills
- Anger management
